I worked my way up to $50 per hour

In some circumstances, on special projects,  I made $750 per hour

If you want something to work, it is up to you to make it so.

The company I worked for made things work.

MY boss said one thing to me:

Dont waste my time and money, verify everything BEFORE you send anything out the door.  The patient says they have Aetna, verify that!

I appealed every incorrect payment and denial, no matter how much is owed.  My philosopy, its not $15, it's $15 X 1,000.  If I allowed them to cheat my doctor and their member out of $15 on one claim, they'll do it with 1,000 claims.

A company I worked for had 2 clients.  There were 4 employees.  I was paid $6 per hour. 

Your employees must know what they are doing and be selfstarters

We had a former debt collector as an employee. He lasted 2 weeks.  He was fired for threatening a patient.

The company went to 1 client and 32 employees.  MY pay went from $6 to $13 per hour.  My pay was based on my productivity.
