Small client

Hi! I am new here, and I am really glad there is a forum that can help me with my question.
What is a good medical billing software out there that is good for a really small client who wants to pay per claim only and sees 4 patients a month? I've checked Kareo and even with their basic service of $69 a month, I don't think I can still break even with billing 4 patients.  Is there a pay-as-you go medical billing software?  Her clientele base may grow eventually but at this point, I don't want to invest in an expensive software.  I would like to take on this small job for experience, too.

Maybe you can find a practice that upgraded theirs and might sell you their old one for a price agreeable between the two of you.  Someone might sell their old one on Ebay.

there is a free software program that would work for her, if you email me I will tell you what it is.
