I would assume that the physician has someone that did their credentialing.  If so meet with them and the physician to insure that the claims you will be sending are have their correct info.  Then follow Steve's instructions and put your nose the the ground and start doing what you do best.

No need to check anything you mention.

Just do what you were trained to do.  Set your own goals and meet them. Get the unpaid claims paid.  Make sure the paid claims are paid correctly.  do this everything falls in place.
