I checked your number and it was disconnected. Maybe you've had your identity stolen.
If you get any credit card application denials, dont worry about it.
Your info is safe with me. Cross my heart and hope to die.
i went to see a doctor friend of mine. I had a DVD with my powerpoint training session, and a folder with the Fed Law about the FTC red Flag rules, along with a sample practice policy that was ceated by the AMA and other documnents to help them get ready by August 1. They declined it. They said they were ready for the red flag rules. Their answer is to change everyone's password to the database. That may keep me out but not my son. When we go to Sams Club, Best Buy, he goes to the computers and changes the passwords on the computers. Without knowing the passwords, he can get into any computer in about 30 seconds.

You can search the website and find it, but oh what the heck www.emedny.org/ProviderManuals/DME/PDFS/DME_Fee_Schedule_2006.pdf Next time, Il need a copy of your drivers license with your current address, your current utility bill, phone bill, and your current blood type.

OK, help here. Does anyone know where I can locate a DME fee schedule for NY Medicaid??? I have a friend who lives in Rochester NY who needs a cushion for his wheelchair. They told him that it is non-covered by medicaid, as it could be. NC medicaid does cover this item but I know it can vary state to state. I checked the NY state website and their DME information is very very very limited from what I could ascertain. Any help would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks
