I am sitting here thinking....I had a procdeure done last week in a surgical center and I had to sign a form that the surgical center agrees to accept what Horizon pays
in FULL, although they are considered 'out-of-network'..........they will accept the out-of-network amount..............hmmm, now I am thinking did I read that I am responsible for the deductible?? Guess I was too nervous to be thinking straight!!
My point? Get copies of what you sign!!
