Coding and billing forums can be an excellent source of knowledge and assistance.  Establishing and maintaining a forum is not free.  To have a successful forum, you need people with the knowledge and experience to be available to provide answers to the many questions that are asked.

A forum can be divided into many sections.   Free, Members Only, Consultation

Free:  This is an open section where help or guidance is provided free of charge.  Assistance or guidance in the free section is limited to simple questions and answers.  No coding answers are provided.

Members Only:  This is a paid section where additional assistance is provided.  Limited research can be provided to the person asking a question.  Limited coding assistance is provided.

Consultation: This is also a paid section.  This is where limited coding questions are answered, questions on software are answered and  further research is provided.

This can be expanded, but I am merely presenting a simple idea.  Naturally students will not use the forum sections to obtain homework or assignment answers.  A forum does not and will never tolerate fraud in any form.

Please do not come here and post a test or homework assignment question to get us to answer it for you.  That is outright cheating.  Getting us to do your work for you does you no good.

I just deleted one such question and if I see others, I will delete them as well.  A coder and biller does not cheat, do anything illegal or questionable.  If someone cheats now, what will they do in the real world?

If you cant answer the work assigned to you now, what good will you be to your doctor???

As a coding and billing instructor, I know almost every question out there.  I maintain a database of over 5,000 questions.

If you have problems, go to your instuctor. That is who you are paying to show you what to do.

Last, if we answer, you have no clue if what we are telling you is the truth or not.  I may give a completely false answer which will show your true colors in class.

Last, in one of my classes, I gave a homework assignment.  The one student whom I suspected of cheating, gave a 100% correct answer.  The same identical question was on an in class pop quiz I gave the next day.  The same student, who answered the question on her homework, got the question wrong.  I found where she asked the question on the internet. The answer she gave on her homework was word for word from someone who answered her question.  She appealed her failed test.  I presented proof of cheating and she was expelled.  She appealed that and lost.  She went to Medicaid who was paying for her training.  They were shown that she cheated. She lost her appeal with Medicaid.
