My charges are listed in my contracts.  They vary and are negotiated with each contract.  They can vary between $15 and $25 per clam.

YOU might wish to speak with an attorney due to working with no contract.

Before leaving this client, I feel you should have a meeting with her to discuss this extra work. 

Termination should be per the terms of your contract.  If you dont have a contract, maybe you need to speak with a business attorney. 

If what you are being asked to do is part of your contract, then I would do what the contract specifies.  Again, have a meeting to iron out any issues you may have. 

The next provider may not be avalable and there may be a provider who need your help that may demand more work out of you.

I once had a provider wth these types of problems, and loved it.  However, my contract required payment for claims investigations that showed previous payments.
